1. I called the support. The support suspended the phone number and suggested a new phone, which is about $35.
2. I visited T-Mobile shop to buy the phone suggested. But the Rep said I should extend two more year leases to get the phone! (Call support never mentioned). I was not happy and found a cheapest phone which about $65 featuring no bluetooth, no camera..., etc.
3. Next day, I revisited the shop to buy the $65 phone. And I met a good, honest samaritan! She suggested to get a prepaid T-Mobile phone, which is about $30 and would activate it free for me!
